Free access for charities
Last updated 24 October 2026
What's free
A registered charity uses Aylake free for one location: the Google Business Profile, reviews and replies, weekly checks of what AI assistants say about it, alerts, and the fixes written out. Nothing is ever charged. More locations are by request; a charity shop chain is a chain, and we'll talk.
Who qualifies
Charities on a public register: in the UK the Charity Commission for England and Wales, OSCR in Scotland or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland; in Germany the Zuwendungsempfängerregister, or a Vereinsregister entry with a Freistellungsbescheid; in Turkey the associations register (DERBİS) or the foundations register (VGM). Exempt charities such as churches and universities can ask too, with a note.
It's for the charity's own use, by its own people. Agencies, resellers and trading subsidiaries don't qualify.
How to ask
Sign up free, add your location, and on the dashboard choose “A charity? Ask for free access”. Tell us where you're registered and the number. A person checks the register, usually within a few days, and the answer comes by email. Nothing is approved automatically.
The rules
One free organisation per registered charity. We look again once a year. We may say no, or end free access with notice, if a charity isn't what it said or the account is used for something else. Free accounts get the same privacy treatment as paid ones.
