Questions
What does “appearing in AI search” mean?+
More people now ask ChatGPT or Perplexity things like “where's good for brunch near me?” instead of searching. The assistant answers with two or three names. Appearing in AI search means being one of them, with the right details.
Is the AI visibility check free?+
Yes. No account and no card. It asks ChatGPT the questions your customers ask and checks your website and reviews. Plans check ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity every week.
Do I need to connect my Google Business Profile?+
Not for the free check. To manage your listings and reviews, you connect it with Google's own sign-in. You can disconnect at any time.
Do you post replies to my reviews automatically?+
No. A reply is posted only when you, or someone you've given access to, presses Post. We can suggest a draft. Reviews about health, safety or legal matters get no draft; you write those yourself.
I have several locations. Does it work for me?+
Yes. Each location is managed and priced separately, you can see them side by side, and team members can be limited to the branches they run.
Do you gate reviews or filter for positive ones?+
No. Review gating breaks Google's rules and we won't do it. We help you ask every customer.
What happens during the 14-day trial?+
It starts as soon as you sign up, with the whole plan switched on. Connect your Google Business Profile and the weekly AI checks, alerts and map rankings start straight away. We don't take card details, so there's nothing to cancel. When the trial ends, the checks stop unless you choose a plan, and everything we found stays in your account.
Is there a contract?+
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Adding people from your team is free.
What does Aylake get access to on Google?+
